The Danner 12213 Women's Springfield Low 3 Inch NMT Composite Toe Work Shoes combine the lightweight support of a trail-inspired shoe with the protective features needed for everyday work. Designed specifically for women, this 3-inch low-profile work shoe provides a comfortable athletic fit while delivering non-metallic safety toe protection for demanding workplace environments.

The full-grain nubuck leather and mesh upper offers a balance of durability, abrasion resistance, and breathability. A breathable mesh lining helps keep the interior comfortable during extended wear, while the non-metallic composite safety toe provides impact and compression protection. The safety toe meets or exceeds ASTM F2413-11 I/75 C/75 EH requirements, including Electrical Hazard protection. The shoe also uses 100% metal-free hardware, making it suitable for workplaces where metal-free footwear is preferred.

For underfoot comfort, the Springfield Low features a cushioning OrthoLite footbed combined with a Danner Plyolite EVA midsole that provides lightweight support and shock absorption. A nylon shank adds stability, while the 851 last provides an athletic and supportive fit with room in the toe area.
