BootsPlusMore is looking for a dedicated, hardworking individual to join our warehouse and shipping team.
Who We Are
BootsPlusMore is a wholesaler and online retailer. Although we sell and wholesale many items we are specialized in military, police, hiking, camping and outdoor footwear. We have been in business for over 20 years and are family owned and operated. Our entire team is 6 people right now (the owner and his wife, his son and son's wife, a good friend and a fantastic employee who has been with the company for 5 years). We are growing quickly and want to add quality people who desire to grow with the company.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in the Texas heat and winters. We are working in a warehouse with no air conditioning or heat. There are large fans but still if you can't handle the heat or brief cold this is not the place for you.
- Ability to accurately count inventory.
- Ability to lift and maneuver large and sometimes heavy boxes or shelving no more than 50 lbs.
- Ability to quality check incoming and outgoing inventory based on our guidelines.
- Ability to select and fulfill customer orders in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Basically we just want you to be a hard worker who cares about our company and wants to join a tight knit group of people. We will not tolerate laziness, lack of effort or dishonesty. We're a relaxed, friendly team that enjoys a good laugh while we work. The warehouse is on the property of the owner's home residence.

Salary commensurate with experience. Starting with no experience at 10/hr.
